The Wall Drill
This drill is one of the easiest drill to incorporate your volleyball basics into practice. Use volleyball skills to create an environment for receptive practice. For instance, use the skill serving to serve against a wall fit for this need as shown in the picture above. As an individual, the ball will bounce straight back, eliminating the whole idea of "fetching your own ball". But that's just a start. As you get advanced, create marks on your wall, to initiate targets for where you want to serve, pass, hit, set, etc. Not only will you see yourself improving, but you will also give yourself a new practice program.
Line Drill

This drill is meant for team practices who are struggling with accuracy and team bonds. In this drill the whole team will line up in a line. The first person will toss a ball up and use a skill to project the volleyball into the air. Then, he or she will run to the back of the line. The next boy or girl will do the same. This will repeat until the coach commands to stop. This drill enhances a team's accuracy and team bonding because players must be accurate on their passes and must communicate with their teammates.
